When you arrive at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, please proceed to the “Rose Parade Welcome and Information Desk” in the hotel lobby. You will be given your room key, information about your coach assignment and itinerary for the week. Your room, and tax are included in the tour. Baggage handling is not included. If you plan on charging any incidentals to your room (food and beverages from the restaurant or bar, etc.), you will need to visit the front desk to give the hotel a credit card number.
Note for those guests arriving before 4:00pm: Check-in time at the hotel is 4:00pm. If you plan to arrive before 4:00pm, we will be happy to store your luggage. Should you choose to stay at the hotel to wait for your room, the hotel’s restaurant will be open for lunch. Information about nearby restaurants, shopping, attractions, and local transportation are available at the Welcome Desk should you decide to venture out from the hotel while you wait for your room to become available.
