ARRIVING TO SNA (JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT)
When you land at SNA (Orange County Airport), please proceed to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Once you have your luggage, you will exit the airport and locate the statue of John Wayne. Walk directly across the street from the statue to the Ground Transportation Center. Look for the sign for Hotel Shuttles and wait there for the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa shuttle. It operates approximately every 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.
Operating Hours: First Shuttle is at 5:45 AM and the Last Shuttle is 10:45 PM
IMPORTANT: If for any reason your flight is late or you are unable to locate the hotel shuttle, please call or text (310) 678-7178 or (562) 912-0572.
You MUST arrive at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa no later than 6:00pm in order to enjoy the welcome dinner.
For departure day, the shuttle leaves the hotel on the half hour so please make sure to give yourself enough time to get to the airport for your flight.
ARRIVING AT LAX (LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT)
Before you arrive to LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), you will need to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel. Some options include but are not limited to:

You MUST arrive at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa no later than 6:00pm in order to enjoy the welcome dinner.
For departure day, you will need to make arrangements to get back to the airport in time for your flight home.
ARRIVAL AT THE HILTON ORANGE/COUNTY COSTA MESA
When you arrive at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, please proceed to the “Rose Parade Welcome and Information Desk” in the hotel lobby. You will be given your room key, information about your coach assignment and itinerary for the week. Your room, and tax are included in the tour. Baggage handling is not included. If you plan on charging any incidentals to your room (food and beverages from the restaurant or bar, etc.), you will need to visit the front desk to give the hotel a credit card number.
